Born and raised in Southwest Missouri I grew up loving sports and the outdoors. I played football, basketball, and baseball all the way through high school. In the little free time I had between my athletic schedule I did my best to get outdoors. Hunting, fishing, and camping took up most of my free time. After high school I was given the opportunity to continue to chase my dream of playing baseball at the next level at the University of Missouri. After three of the best years of my life, I was drafted by the Arizona Diamondbacks giving me the opportunity to continue to chase my dream of becoming a Big Leaguer. I'm fortunate to still be playing professionally today, and love every second of the journey.
